Mistakenly bought the kindle book and after looking at it at paktpub there were better options, oh well.

I have been loving Windows Terminal and push its adoption amongst my colleagues. The book is a really good start. I know personally I have spent a good chunk of time in the settings.json file. I think this book could go on forever. Things like the keyboard commands just for the settings... Ctrl+Shift when you click on the settings item in the menu brings up the active settings.json and Alt whent you clock on the settings item in the menu brings up the defaults.json.

I look forward to updates.John J. Can you think of why the Net.SecurityProtocolType enum would have constants of 48,192,768,3072 and 12288? Values of 1,2,4,8,16 etc would suffice for bitwise operations so I feel like I'm missing something.

WillWillhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03387921294428537675noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5384857.post-91144686653712539412021-02-03T21:15:28.063+00:002021-02-03T21:15:28.063+00:00Awesome comment, Conrad Braam. I got here to one of your blogs back in 2013 regarding PowerShell, which I found very useful.
I was amazed by how much entries you posted and then I got into this particular one.
I read it thoroughly and I must say Congratulations for all your life experience! I have been 10+ years in the development arena and somehow I imagine things are quite different now than back to your days. Many of us have to deal with the top of the iceberg that you built years before, you made our life easier in some way, but way challenging in how we communicate with each other as human beings.
Just a random comment also to thank you for all your contributions with the IT community.

Ián.
Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
